Speeding
We have had several cars speeding in and out of the parking lot.
The speed limit throughout the complex is 10 mph.
We do have cameras and if you or your guest are caught speeding you will get a lease violation that is subject to a lease termination.

Children 12 & under
This is a reminder that an adult 18 or older needs to be outside with your children that are 12 and under at all times.
This goes for playing outside, waiting at the bus stop and any time they are outside.
If your child is outside unattended, this will be a lease violation and subject to lease termination.
This is for their safety.
We have had reports of kids darting in front of moving vehicles.
We do not want anyone's child to get hurt.
If you have any questions, please reach out to the office.
