July 30th from 11am to 3:30pm will be our annual Backpack Event where we provide backpacks with school supplies.  We will have bounce houses, hot dogs, root beer floats, face painting and more! If you ordered your child's Under Armour shoes from our office, you can pick up your children's shoes at this event!  See you there!!

We have had complaints of the smell of marijuana in multiple buildings.

This is a reminder that there is no smoking in your apartment and that you signed a drug-free lease addendum. 
Please read your lease. 

If we continue to get complaints regarding this, we will start testing units, and positive tests will result in an eviction.
If we have a complaint, you will be notified directly that your unit will be tested. 

We do not want anyone to have to move out, and we want everyone to enjoy calling The Reserve their home.
Please have respect for those around you.

We are a smoke/drug-free community, and it is our job to keep it that way.


 

Only 2 guests per household, no matter their age. 
Guests need to be with an adult leaseholder or resident at all times.
If a leaseholder gives a guest their pool pass or code, this will result in not being able to use the pool for the rest of the summer. 

No food in the pool area. It is OK to have plastic bottles and tumblers but no glass containers. 

Swim attire only — wearing cotton/jean materials can cause the chemicals to be off and cause the pool to be closed. 
Those with younger children in diapers always use the swim diapers. 

We have fished out a lot of smaller items from the bottom of the pool, such as quarters, glass stones ect. 
Only water toys should be in the pool. 

If a monitor can not work, the pool will be closed when the office is closed. 
Monday–Thursday, if a monitor can not work, Cassandra (APM) has offered to stay until 6:00pm.
