At The Reserve, water & sewage and trash are included with rent. Residents will also have access to our amazing amenities like our clubhouse with breakfast bar, basketball court, walking trail, on-site laundry facilities, and playground, making The Reserve at Chandler's Glen the perfect place to call home.
At The Reserve, the security deposit is due at move-in and is refundable upon move-out.
At The Reserve, the application fee is $35 per single applicant or $55 per married couple and is non-refundable.
At The Reserve, residents are responsible for electric, internet, and phone/cable.
The Reserve is a pet-friendly community with no weight restrictions. If you're interested in welcoming a new pet into your home, there is a $250 pet deposit due at move-in or when the pet is added to your home. $100 of the pet deposit can be refundable upon moveout. The Reserve at Chandler's Glen is located within the Monroe County Community School Corperation. Nearby schools include: Fairview Elementary, Tri-North Middle School, and North High School.
The Reserve accepts the Public Housing Authority voucher. To learn more about the specific housing programs our community offers, please contact the leasing office.
Residents of The Reserve can pay their monthly rental charges online through Rent Cafe (e-check, debit/credit card), Personal Check, Cashier’s Check, Bill Pay, or Money Order.
At The Reserve, residents receive permit parking. Residents that will have a guest overnight are encouraged to pick up a parking permit in the rental office or have their guest park in a visitor parking spot.
Residents of The Reserve can report maintenance issues easily by using the online Resident Services Portal , calling the office, or emailing the office. For after-hours emergency maintenance, please call 866-301-0392 .
